“We bought this fleece vest for my wife two years ago, but recently found that the heating elements were not getting very warm anymore. I contacted Ororo for a warranty replacement on the vest. While there were several hoops to jump through, they did honor the warranty and sent us a replacement quickly. Thank you Ororo! My wife is warm once more. :)”

And it has just the right amount of stretch! I had 2 batteries already. This is just about perfect for spring and fall dog sports!”

“Received this vest as a replacement of my wife's vest that had a fault. h I didn't even think the vest needed replacing, but Ororo said they wanted to replace it. Had the new vest in less than a week. All hassles free in dealing with them. Have to say, Ororo customer service has to be among the best I've ever experienced. Had the battery from the returned vest plus a spare, so didn't needed a battery sent with the replacement.
And yes, I and my wife both have Ororo vest and love them. A must for hanging outside a lot in winter at dog events or just if you happen to be cold in the house. Have to say, the vest is pretty warm even without the heat on, and I have several different vest for other winter activities, and which aren't as warm this one, so sometimes I forget I haven't even turned the heat on, which is doubly nice.”
