“I love the vest but customer Serra’s terrible. I received the wrong size and had to argue about exchanging for the correct size. Paid for returning and ask to pay for the replacement. Never dealt with such a screwed up company”
“This vest operates as advertised. the weather has not been cold enough to use it as yet, but testing it indicates that it does work properly and heats up quickly. I cannot speak to longivity of the vest. The only inprovement I would recommend is a double zipper so that I could unzip a couple of inches on the bottom when sitting in the car, otherwise the vest rides up. Please consider adding double function zippers to your vests.”
