“The jacket fits as is should. I usually wear a 2XL but have found that with the way your product is cut that I need a 3XL as I'm no longer a very fit 20 -30 year old and your cut is more towards a slimmer fit.
My cons (as I have listed before on other reviews):
1) The plactic zipper. I really would like\prefere a metal zipper. It was replied to me, on a kickstarter project, that the zipper is nylon and very sturdy. However Nylon is a form of plastic and when exposed to continued sunlight will start to get brittle and depending upon usage will break. The way to reduce this fault is to put a flap\cover over the zipper or just put a metal one in. I have a very hard time believing that a metal zipper would or will impact your bottom line that much.
2) Lack of color choices. You do the basics, Black, Grey\Heather and every once and a while a blue or white. There maybe another couple of colors but you seem to stick to the basics, How about a racing or forest green, navy Blue, dark Brown, Desert earth. You get the idea. How many black, grey jackets can a person reasonably use. Please mix it up a bit.
Now would I purchase your products...... YES. The only item of yours so far that I really don't like and sadly will probably hardly ever use is your Kickstarter down hooded jacket which I label as a major disappointment to me.”

“As I've written before the jackets run a bit on the small side so unless you are "fit & trim" you should consider 1 size larger and of course remember to DO NOT REMOVE the tags until after you have tried the jacket on for size and fit.
My one big complaint still is they need to go to an actual metal zipper, not those plastic things that some call zippers. I can't believe that the cost increase to go to metal would be that great.
Now that there are aftermarket battery packs available that issue is gone.
I now have 5 jackets and 2 vests and I'm very happy with each of them.”
