“i loved the idea of the vest you could put under any sweater, hoodie, or jacket and be warm or comfortable but i spent all that money and it took forever to get to me because they don’t deliver to P.o. box’s then i get it and it says batteries not included now the birthday present is late and i don’t think it will git him and now i need to get a battery because i can’t give a half present because i still love the thought of the vest so i really need to see if it works”
