“I screwed up and didn’t charge my battery after putting it away for the warmer months. I fully charged it then put it in a dry room temp place. Oops!
It wouldn’t take a charge!
Customer service understood and told me to charge these batteries a couple of times a year while in storage.
They sent me replacements and I followed their instructions.
No problem since my mistake! They were kind and very helpful.”
