My call was returned by a helpful and professional woman who had to look at some length to find the proper battery charger and cord that I needed because my coat is an older model. She found it and placed the order for

“The charger works. The battery is another matter. It does not charge. Contacting customer service is a waste of time. 2nd battery to have a problem. Need to jump thru hoops. Still waiting to hear from Ororo about a refund. The apparel is good, but the batteries have a major quality issue. Would NOT recommend this brand because of these 2 issues.”
