“I can NOT work the zipper on this coat. I'm trying to decide if it is worth keeping it when I will have to use the snaps. Very poor design for such an expensive coat. Tried to call customer service, they did call me back hours later but I wasn't home. Disappointed as I sure like the coat itself.”
