“Gloves are fine but sending as a gift so I needed the plub/charger/adapter but it was not included. Now I need to order as an individual item to send with gloves. UGH!!”
Hi Ann, we apologize for the confusion. To reduce our environmental impact and electronic waste, we no longer include a wall charger plug with our products. However, a USB charging cable is always provided, and the battery can be safely charged using any standard USB-A wall block or phone charger you already own at home. We appreciate your honest feedback.
“The mesh laundry bag is great as expected, but the customer service was exceptional! I bought two vests as gifts and received points or something entitling me to to get a small item for $2.99. I thought the mesh bag would be a great stocking stuffer, so I ordered it. But, I received a small accessory case that the gift recipients could not use as it was for something their vests did not include. I was out only $2.99, but I still contacted ororo and they sent me a mesh bag!”
