“We have two vest we got a tote. I ordered gloves with extra batteries and apparently we are only allowed one even that the website said we qualified Our order was 184. We did get military discount but no tote”
“It fit her perfectly and she really likes how it heats up. She was very happy it had heating element in the collar. Only improvement that I could see would be better directions on the battery use.”
