“I opened, read the instructions and connected it to charge. 3 hours and still at 0%. Tried another cord, same. Tried another charger, same. Tried a 3rd, same. It would not turn on. Did nothing when plugged into the attached cord. Lit up when attempting to charge from the female C socket but did not ever go above 0%. Now I have had 2 days of questioning from ORORO instead of sending a replacement and taking back this bad one for their own analysis.”
“Awesome battery BUT the weight tore the pocket sleeve it was in as if it was paper. I never washed this vest. The material used in the pockets are thin. Normally it is fine. Using a heavy weighted item inside is not ideal.”
“I was worried the 10k Pro would be too big and bulky but it's surprisingly about the same size as the 7k. This heats my vest super fast, keeps me warm all day, AND keeps my phone charged too. If you need something that will keep up - this is the one!”

“This is an excellent battery. It provides long life allowing me to not worry about having a backup battery. This is particularly useful feature when living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The new display is excellent giving me a better feeling for how much power is left. The built in cable is also handy. I don't have to look for one - just plug it in to recharge.

“I won this 10k pro Rechargeable battery through their giveaway and I am so happy because this exceeded my expectations.This newly released charger from ORORO, is amazingly good I absolutely love it! It’s perfect for using with my heated hoodie, jacket, and vest during the fall and winter.
