“They don't retain charge very long. If you're going to be out all day, better take at least one extra pair of batteries. Mine last about three 1-hour walks.”

“I bought a spare set of batteries with my gloves to ensure I'd have a fully charged set of batteries ready to go at all times. I leave my gloves in my truck with the backup batteries in my center console. Every single time I go to wear the gloves the batteries in both gloves are dead and I have to swap to my backup batteries. I ensure multiple times that the gloves are off when I place them in my truck. I thought it was maybe an issue with the batteries being cold, but if that was the case my spares would be dead too. So I guess I have a defective pair of gloves. I am now going to leave them in the truck, but not plug the battery packs in until I need to use my gloves. Weird and disappointing.”

“I’m not sure if it’s the mittens or the batteries, but one mitten routinely loses power way before the other one. They are stored disconnected from the mittens, and will be fully charged. However, when plugged in for use and turned on, one mitten will change from three bars to one bar while the other is still at three. Both mittens were being used the same amount of time.”
“The battery works as expected, however it would be better if instead of little dots to indicate the charge level use a scale from 1-100 with 100 being a full charge. I have other batteries with this ability and it much more clear to the user to know how full the charge is. Also it would be helpful if the charging cable was a standard USB-C as now I have to carry two different chargers. One for my jacket and a different one for my gloves.”
