“I received a pair of heated gloves as a gift. I had defective batteries and it took well over a month to receive the replacement batteries. I called numerous times and never reached an agent. Each time I did call I left a message. The return call came hours after my call and at an inopportune time. I finally began email exchanges which took considerably more time to rectify than a phone call. It's the worst customer service I have ever received from a company!”

“I was told these batteries would fit my Calgary gloves, but they did not. The batteries I needed were no longer available, which makes my gloves unusable.
The gloves are not cheap and I think this is a marketing ploy to force consumers to buy new ones.”

“They don't retain charge very long. If you're going to be out all day, better take at least one extra pair of batteries. Mine last about three 1-hour walks.”

“I bought a spare set of batteries with my gloves to ensure I'd have a fully charged set of batteries ready to go at all times. I leave my gloves in my truck with the backup batteries in my center console. Every single time I go to wear the gloves the batteries in both gloves are dead and I have to swap to my backup batteries. I ensure multiple times that the gloves are off when I place them in my truck. I thought it was maybe an issue with the batteries being cold, but if that was the case my spares would be dead too. So I guess I have a defective pair of gloves. I am now going to leave them in the truck, but not plug the battery packs in until I need to use my gloves. Weird and disappointing.”
