“Why manufacture a battery that will only last 4 months? Sure Ororo replaced it in a timely manner but I would greatly have preferred a goods battery to start out with. It’s wasteful to manufacture things that don’t work.”

“I got these for biking in cold weather. Here, it gets down to the 30s and 20s F. The gloves work fine to keep my hands warm. The heat in the gloves is wicked away pretty fast by the cold air when riding, but they still work to keep my fingers from getting cold. I got these specifically to help with my finger temp and they are doing that fine. They feel cozy and warm when not biking.”
“I purchased heated gloves at the end of the ski season last year at a sports expo, but when I tried to charge the batteries for the first time, one would not take a charge. In about a week Ororo had sent me a new battery in plenty of time for my next ski trip.”
“Battery replaced under warrantee. Occasionally would completely discharge without being used. New battery is fine. They asked for me to return the old battery before shipping new battery. I explained that I could not do that because I have cold hands constantly and use gloves inside daily. They made exception to their rule and sent new battery. I placed old battery in packaging and sent back to them”
