“Ordered 2 batteries as back-up for my gloves. One of them did not seem to fully charge. Contacted Ororo support and they sent me a replacement within a few days. Proved to me they stand behind their product. Replacement battery works fine. Extra batteries are very handy to keep your gloves ready to go. These work just like original set that came with my gloves.”
