“I had bought a spare set of batteries for my heated gloves and one was not charging totally. After conversations with the Ororo team with emails and videos, they sent a replacement battery free of charge. New battery charged up fine.”
“I sent these back because I sent the gloves back. The really nice leather gloves have the pocket for the battery on the palm side where the weight, bulk, and balance of the battery interfer with how the muscles/tendons function to use the hand-especially in making a fist to hold something. I guess that if the battery was smaller, those issues would be less, but not gone. The curve in the battery is not enough to make it low profile. A smaller battery likely would not heat as well for as long. I did not see an option to review the gloves”
“Bought a pair as a spare set for the heated glove liners. When charging one of the batteries the third charging light just keeps blinking like it's still charging. Left it on the charger for almost 12 hours. The second battery acted normally. When unplugged it shows 3 bars. When using that battery always drops to a lower level of charge first. I've run them down all the way and recharged with still the same effect.”
