“I bought my family socks, gloves, and vests for a college football playoff game. 13° and windy. We had a great time and the products worked as advertised.
Almost a year later, one of the batteries wouldn’t take a charge. I had an extra, so all was good for the game.
I emailed Ororo that evening and received a personal response that same night. After a few additional emails for more information, they sent a new battery under warranty. That’s how companies are supposed to do it. Thanks Ororo. Great job guys.”
