“My husband and I have had a few different brands of "heated" clothing. When I needed new gloves I decided to do a little shopping and found Ororo. Glad I did. The gloves are beautiful and light enough that I can wear them while golfing on that last day before the club closes. Got a pair for my husband and he prefers this brand as well. I will definitely be trying the clothing next. Just want to touch on the service a little bit. When I got my gloves out this fall, the charger wasn't working. When I connected with Ororo they were very accessible and helpful in replacing the charger. I believe I was within the allotted time for the warranty. Very good service.”
“This came with the heated gloves I bought so I could ride my bike to work year round in the mountain town where I live. One of the charging cables stopped working after 4 months of daily use. Why bother manufacturing something that doesn’t work? They sent me a replacement quickly but now I have the useless one to dispose of and this new one which I anticipate might break soon as well. What a waste. Find a company with better manufacturing is my take. If such a company exists anymore. And these gloves were not cheap! $100 on sale”
