“I purchased the Eversoothe Portable Heated Pad to help with reoccurring neck and lower back pain due to tense muscles. This is something I have been battling off and on for several years and struggled to find a product that would help ease the discomfort. The Eversoothe portable heated pad is a nice size. It is easily able to be draped over my shoulders to provide the desired warmth to relax my tense muscles. The dual heated zones are also nice because I can put it behind me on the chair or on my back on the floor and it heats both my shoulder area and my lower back at the same time. The adjustable straps make it easy to keep in place where I want it to be. The fabric is soft and feels nice against the skin for an extended period of time. The weighted ceramic beads are also nice. They add a little extra weight, helping the heat to get to its intended place and last longer. The included B25A rechargeable battery lasts well beyond the amount of hours I have needed to use this product at once, allowing for multiple uses before needing to recharge the battery.
I have found that the Eversoothe portable headed pad works best if I place a blanket over the area I am using it on to help trap the heat inside, providing extra comfort and relief. It also works well if it is behind me on a chair/couch.
This portable headed pad rolls up to a small size, making it easy for me to take with me wherever I go. I have a business trip coming up that will require extensive travel and drive time. Having this with me to use will be of great help after a long day of traveling.

“I really liked the feel of the ORORO EverSmooth Portable Heated Pad. The fabric is incredibly soft, smooth, and cozy, and it has a very soothing feel to it. It’s also a nice size and weight, making it comfortable to use while relaxing. The battery compartment was easy to access, and although the battery pack was a little larger than I expected, it isn't heavy or noticeable.
It does include straps for securing the pad, but I personally didn’t need them, though others may appreciate having them.
The downside was the heat level. While there are multiple temperature settings, I honestly couldn’t tell much difference between them. None of the settings felt especially warm to me, and overall it didn’t get as hot as I would have liked. That may be intentional for safety, but if you’re looking for strong heat, this may not be warm enough.”

“I had high hopes for this heating pad. I have a few heated products that I use for watching my son's baseball games-vest, gloves, muff, and chair cushion. I thought this would be useful on my lap or on the back of my chair. It fit over the chair with the handy straps but it just didn't get warm enough to notice. I thought maybe it was for indoor use only so I tried it at home with just a t-shirt. It wasn't until I put a blanket over me that I could feel much warmth. So this one is a miss for me.”

“The package arrived and the battery that was supplied with the heated pad failed to work. We Immediately contacted customer service and was told we had to provide proof of purchase, a video of how it was a defective item, and the items serial number. . They finally sent us a prepaid label to return the defective item. We then had to provide proof that it had been returned via mail which we mailed the next morning. It took custommer service over 3 days before they acknowledged the email that we sent showing that we had indeed returned it via USPS. We are still currently waiting for a replacement battery so we do not know at this time if it works or not.”
