“I used the sizing chart and I ordered a small and it is so big it falls off and she trips. I have been issued a return but Nikki has not responded. I have now asked her 3 times what to do with my return, on the other hand Celeste was truly an angel trying to help me”

“My SBT is obsessed with her jacket but it is so big! She hates the cold but loves to wear clothes so I knew she’d but much happier with a heated jacket. I really hope Ororo makes smaller sizes in the (near) future.”
“Quality and design is outstanding. Unfortunately it runs huge--I'm having it taken in 2" in length and shortening the straps by at least 2". I may also have to use something non-slip on the inside, as it slides sideways enough (helped by the weight of the battery) to drag on the ground. (15 yr old 19 lb basenji)”
