“I own two pieces Ororo's heated apparel for myself, which have absolutely gotten me through this wickedly cold WNY winter (2026). I absolutely feel terrible for my small dog, who absolutely hates being cold.
Fortunately I saw this vest is available for dogs! The same great quality and reliability but for a dog. The vest came smartly packed, with the battery and cord. Same as the human gear, the vest has the hot/warm/cool mode and color indicator. The vest is easy to slip on and was easy to size to my dog. The only tricky part are the elastic loops to secure the back to the hindlegs. It only took a few steps, but Jedi has gotten use it. Although I love the idea, because it holds the vest snuggly to the dog.”
“My dog is 18 inches long with a chest of 22 inches. We first tried an XS which fit well around but not in length and because of the way the vest is made it slides side to side when he walks. The Small is too long and the leg straps work to hold it on him but then it is too long and bunches at his rear and tail”

“The measurements didn't seem correct for me. I have a larger Boston terrier mix and I was going to order a medium. Decided to order the small and start there. It is big on her, but it's the best option out there right now. I like that the battery pack is in the middle of her back. Being so big it doesn't do much unless I put another dog coat over it to really stay close to her body. Luckily, she hates the cold and is used to layers. Overall I'm keeping it.”
