“Disappointed with this. Maybe you can feel the heat if you don’t have a jacket on, but I thought I would at least feel the heat on my legs since I had the blanket on my lap. Had it on the highest setting and couldn’t tell it was warm. Lot of money for not much in return. Can’t return either.”
