“All I can say is I love the heat in my jackets. It’s mildly warm. Ororo doesn’t overdo it which I love. But it absolutely takes the edge off of the cold, and I love the way my hands feel in the warm pockets.”

“I love the new Aero 4-Zone Packable Heated Down Jacket! It’s lighter than any other ORORO jacket I’ve owned, yet amazingly warm even without the heat. Turn on the heating feature and it becomes perfect for any type of weather.
I wore it all last week during frigid snowstorms with just a lightweight top underneath, and it kept me perfectly comfortable. I recently got a new puppy, and this jacket has made those middle-of-the-night trips outside in the rainy, snowy Utah cold so much easier.
It’s incredibly lightweight, the heating elements are thin but heat up fast, and they get impressively warm. The pocket warmth is fantastic, and the neck warmth is honestly a game changer. “I probably have every product Ororo makes, but their heated down vests are my favorite, so I was excited to try their new heated down jacket. I really like it as it is very warm, but lightweight. I actually haven’t needed to turn on the heater yet, it is that warm!
I love that it’s packable. It does not seem to be weather-proof, but I guess that’s the price you pay for it being lightweight and foldable. It did dry quickly when it got wet.
The hood does not have a mechanism for tightening it, but it still seems to stay up. I like that the light indicating the battery activation is down low so it draws less attention.
I am happy I bought it but would appreciate different colors. They have brown and green, but I like cooler colors and those are both warm tones. I have one of their violet jackets and love it.
I would recommend this jacket if you are looking for a jacket that will keep you warm but that is lightweight. It runs a little large. I usually wear a medium in most tops, but for all my Ororo products I wear a small. I did order a medium initially, but it was very easy to exchange it for a small. And it still allows me to wear a bulky sweater under it if I need to.”
