“This is my first Ororo jacket, and I purchased it specifically because I am always cold on morning walks. Since I purchased it for the heating component, I would rate that as 5-star as it does what I wanted it to do, which is keep me warm!
That said, I think there are a few things worth noting that may help others with their purchase. I ordered black and it is not true black, but a cool black. In natural light, you see navy or purple undertones. I would have liked slightly longer sleeves (let’s face it, I am trying to keep warm and want to be covered) and the openings could be a little tighter to keep my warm air in at the wrists. The battery pocket is literally on the right hip and with your arms down, your elbow will feel it. I am just walking in my jacket and it's not in the way, but I wondered how that could affect a golf swing. I only mention this because their description references golf and it seems like this battery might be in the way.”

“When I first tried the jacket on I immediately noticed the battery protrudes out from my right hip. I have multiple Ororo jackets and none have had this location for the battery pocket. The batteries are usually in the front and are not noticeable. This side location makes the jacket fit tight not to mention how awkward it looks. Also the sleeve openings are not snug at your wrist. I feel it will allow cold air to enter. Also I feel the band inside the sleeve openings stretch and will get even larger over time. I am disappointed to have to return this jacket after I spent so much time looking thru the website. I wanted a jacket that I could wear inside on cold days or outside when I didn't need my heavy Ororo jackets.”
