“I accidentally ordered the Lite version of these pants, which have the new smooth lining. I bought them during the September customer appreciation month so received the special discount. I called to exchange them for the fleece lined version (same price) but was told I would have to pay full price, because the customer appreciation month is passed and they consider it a different product, not like if it was a size exchange. This is disappointing to me that they would not exchange the pants simply because the lining is different. I was further disappointed when I tried the pants on to decide if I could learn to appreciate the new lining material. Other than the waistband, the pants fit larger than the size 6 I had purchased last year - quite a baggy balloon effect. Too much tailoring needed to get them to fit decently so will be returning them.”
