“We really like the vest, however, the battery does not seem to charge as described. The instructions seem to indicate that as long as the lights on the battery pack are flashing, the battery is charging. 36 hours later after connecting to a power source, the lights are still blinking. I would assume this means that the battery is not fully charging, and indeed, the battery life is limited to about an hour.”
