“I love the product, but accidently had the order shipped to the wrong address. It was a gift, but the computer used my address for shipping. I thought I had input the correct delivery address. There were zero options to reroute. So I had to order a second vest and return the one shipped to me. The online order service needs to offer the ability to stop or edit an order.”
“I bought this vest to help handle the Minnesota winters. It warms up fast, battery lasts a long time, and fits me perfectly! I am 5’2’ and 138 lbs. I wear a lightweight long -sleeve t/shirt and crew sweater under the vest. But I wouldn’t layer anything more under the vest. I particularly like the neck warming ability!”
“I truly thought this vest was gonna be life-changing for going on walks with my dogs and being in the hockey arena. However, my biggest complaint is that even on low it will only last 4 to 6 hours.
What I do enjoy about it, though is the heated neck portion. I highly suggest if you were going to get one of these vests that you get one with neck heating.”

“Very warm vest. Battery does not last as long as with the original vest but still worth it to me! Fits perfect. Neck does stick up and bothers face a bit as the edges are stiff, hopefully that goes away with time and wear.”
