Outstanding quality and service. Initial order was a size too small, but the company made it easy and timely to do an exchange for a larger size. Great service; great product! Will order again from this company.

The vest has been a great purchase. I don’t have a car so it comes in handy. I use it back packing, riding my bike, and walking… and inside the cold historic home where I currently stay. The bulk of the battery sits flat and hasn’t been a problem with backpacking. If I’m not wearing it I disconnect the battery just to prevent it from turning on and wasting precious warmth (not that it’s turned on by itself) but I imagine it could with everything packed tight.

Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled the vest is proving handy for different activities. Great note about disconnecting the battery to conserve warmth when not in use—smart habit. If you ever have questions or need tips to maximize comfort, we’re here.

High quality product. The fabric is nice to touch and has a little stretch which makes it comfortable. The wiring and batteries seem high quality durable build. Above what we used before from other producers. We switched out the S for M and the replacement process was easy and customer service very friendly and helpful. Recommend!

I recently got this heated sweater fleece vest for my aunt, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping warm in her big, cold living room. When she put it on, she immediately exclaimed, "Ah!" The sweater fleece is super soft and lightweight, making it easy to layer without feeling bulky. The heating elements work great, providing warmth to her hands, neck, and back, and the battery lasts a solid 3–4 hours. Next time, I’d consider getting her a jacket so she can wear it outdoors.
