The quality and stitching are of a very high quality. Out family has purchased Ororo products in the past and the quality holds up. The battery pack didn't add much bulk to the jacket and it wasn't something that bothered him. The battery lasted for most of the day because he had it on the lowest setting. The fabric is soft and smooth and the tag is sewn in. Those can sometimes be annoying to him, but he was unfazed by the tags.
