“I bought this heated jacket during a final sale and based my decision on which size to order on one of their pictures that said model was 6’1 184 lbs wearing a medium. I decided to size down because of this and after receiving the item, there is no way that guy was that height and weight and wearing a medium The jacket is way too small and barely fits my daughter who is 135 lbs. this is very disappointing since now I had no Christmas gift for him, i also can not send it back for exchange since it was a final sale. This was the first time ordering from this company and will be my last. Needless to say I ordered a women’s vest and two men’s jackets and none of them fit! What a waste! They need to realize people base their decisions on their pics and descriptions”

“Best hooded heated jacket to keep warm in cold weather. Even in cold windy or cold raining weather. Rain just rolls off and the hood can be worn or easily removed. Zips up high and hood straps around front of neck to keep warmth in. I even bought one for my wife. She loves it.”
“While I’d love to be writing this review all toasty and warm alas I am freezing and heated jacketless because FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. Bummer right? Did ororo make this terrible situation right? They sure did not. Five days. At least five emails and many calls later they could not track down the package. FedEx and their infinite wisdom could also not find the package they delivered (it’s a mile and a half away) and closed the case. Bitter (aren’t we all) and cold I stay.”

“Buyer beware! First, our order sat forever after a shipping label was created before the package showed "movement". Once the item ordered (heated jacket) was received, the packaging the item was shipped in was covered in some type of yellowish, tacky, soapy-type substance that was on both the outside and inside of the plastic bag the item was shipped in. This plastic bag had been placed inside a cardboard box, so it either shipped from Ororo in this condition or was damaged at some point and later placed in the cardboard box by another carrier. I took pictures of everything and a short video. I reached out to customer service. I received an AI-generated response, followed its instructions, and have been ghosted by customer service.”
