“I bought this for my son in 2023 for Christmas bc he was working for the Stock Show and Rodeo and spent most of the time outdoors and it kept him warm. It's 2025, he now does auto detailing and it is currently 17 degrees in West Tx today and was 19 yesterday when went to work, he wore his jacket and it helped a lot, he used the battery until it died so we may need a back up. He has also washed the jacket several times and it has held up. We would definitely order again.”

“Very disappointed with the difference in style between the mens and womens heated jackets. Why would you put nice fleece hand pockets for the mens jackets but not the womens? Women are more likely to want the fleece pockets. Also, didn't notice that until after we had taken the tags off both jackets that I would have rather have boughten the mens jacket for myself vs the womens. Next, on both the mens and womens jacket you can barely feel the heat, even when on high. Unless you are planning on wearing a t-shirt with the jacket you probably won't feel the heat. Very disappointed with the buy and will be looking elsewhere for my next heated jacket.”
