“However, it was a very trying process. It was on sale when I originally purchased. I mistakenly pushed the incorrect size button but when I called to exchange the M for L , I was initially told a flat N-O. When I offered to pay the original price, Ororo agreed to accept return, along with a restocking charge, for a credit. After returning the M jacket, a credit was processed so I re-ordered the correct size using the credit. My husband loves the jacket but the hassle on the exchange was not fun. Be careful when ordering especially if product is on sale!”
“I was never a fan of the idea of a heated jacket. It seemed like there was too much to go wrong or that without power it would not be viable. I was surprised. After getting my jacket I was happy with how warm it was without turning it on, and then as it got cold, I was impressed with the amount of heat it put out. This is truly a jacket that will keep you warm, even in Michigan cold winds.”
“I use this all winter except at work. I love it. Comfortable, light and slightly durable. I even use it on the bike and it handles the wind very well. I like it so much that I bought the vest for cool spring and fall days. If you’re having issues return it because it’s a great jacket.”
