“Remains to be seen how I like the jacket . . . have only worn it once so far. But my biggest comment has to do with the lack of information about how to charge the garment, if it's one that does not come with a charger. Maybe I'm stupid, but yours is the first heated garment I've owned. So I don't know anything about how these work . . . I noticed that some of the items on your website come with, or buyers are advised, to order a charger when you order the item. My jacket description did not make the recommendation. Sooo . . . I can use any charger I already own to charge it? My small square iphone charger did not charge the jacket. The bigger charger (for an ipad) did. Can I use that without damaging the jacket?? The lack of information about charging items on your website feels like a big whiff to me. I also called your customer service to ask before I used the ipad charger, to be sure it would be safe, and no one ever returned my call or even tried to send me an email or message. Whiff.”
Hi Cindy, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how confusing this can be, especially if this is your first heated garment. All of our apparel comes with a USB charging cable, and you can use any wall charger with a USB-A port to charge the battery. Once the battery is fully charged, you can then connect it to the garment for use.
