“Jacket is truly upscale, well made, looks fitted and tailored. Heated or not it's a nice jacket. I have no other heated jacket to compare it to but I thought it might get a bit hotter than it does. The warm collar and warm pockets are very nice. I would prefer the battery pocket wasn't against my hip. The hood is very nice too. Because I will wear it in the pre-dawn hours I wish I could turn off or cover the light on the power button. It is a bit bright.”

“My and my wife both bought jackets and absolutely love them. I would have given 5 stars if they had provided chargers with them, however after inquiring the support team did reach out to me explaining that they no longer include them. Not sure why, however they did confirm that they would work with any 5 volt chargers. Jackets work great and battery life seems very adequate. Seems to be around 6-8 hours on medium.”
