“I ordered a 2XL tall version of this jacket. I received it very quickly, charged it up, and only two of the four heating panels worked. I asked for an exchange, because like I said, I like the look of the product and the way it fit.
I filled out the exchange paperwork and what I received in exchange was the regular 2XL, not tall version.
At this point, I don’t want to do another exchange so I’m just going to keep it, but the 2XL tall version definitely fit better.”
