“After receiving this as a gift for Christmas. It doesn not fit. I tried returning it but was told their customer service is ALL processed through email and they would get back to me. I did receive an email for a couple options. 1 as a credit toward something else but a processing fee and shipping was not covered. 2 refund but 25 % stocking fee. Or 3 to keep it…. It does not fit and is too heavy. I didn’t see on their website the refund policies when I ordered it. I also received an email when I bought the product for refund within 30 day but again no policy with the refund. So I’m stuck with a jacket I will have to try and sell, which is going to be hard in Florida….. very frustrated and will not recommend and will tell all my friends/family on social media to be aware of your products!”
