“I was anxious to get this jacket being it’s your warmest. It fits a little tight on my arms and is shorter in length than your other jackets. The hood is a joke and keeps covering my eyes no matter how it’s adjusted. The warmth is fine but the fit is uncomfortable. Unlike my other jackets from you guys that are perfect, I can’t say the same for this one.”
“The only thing I wish was different would be added heat panels to the chest, sides(kidney/liver area, and small panels in the bicep area of the sleeves. I understand this would greatly affect the battery life, but with the added panels you can use a lower temp.”
“Someone got this for me for Christmas, and it's so nice to be able to be outside and not shivering. This thing is amazing. It stopped my neck spasms within 10 seconds of putting it on. The only thing I think could be dangerous for some, is if you're using it on high when you're already cold - it burned my neck the first time I used it. I've learned I can't keep it in high more than a minute or so. Not sure if this is normal, but -1 star for burning my neck lol other than that, this is a 5 star product. I have long arms, so the thumb holes can be a bit restricting when I'm extending my arms out... so I don't use them most of the time -- but I have that problem with most garments. Highly recommended for you or a loved one. The price is worth the relief on not being in pain when you're cold. Also, the down featured are so plush. My favorite filling, this was the best gift for me!”
“I wore the jacket this weekend during a cold day and it works well. I felt like the battery kept shutting off and after the initial warmup time it never really got that warm again no matter what setting I was using. Not sure if the battery isn’t good or if that’s just as good as I’ll get, but overall the jacket is pretty warm without the heat.”
