“So, I've owned a lot of winter jackets. Spent years snowboarding. Was super excited about this jacket. I purchased the men's and women's jackets at the end of November 2022. First, the pocket zipper on the breast didn't seem right. Initially I thought I'd be able to deal with it. After 3 months, the zipper really didn't want to open. The fabric on the inside of the pocket kept getting hung in it. I contacted the company about the issue, they were quick to offer a $30 refund. Then a $40 refund to have someone locally mend it, but as for a 3 year warranty... I'd be very doubtful they'd actually honor anything without trying to tell you that you're at fault. The water wicks right into the shell. So if you're looking for something water resistant, you might as well get some 3m spray and treat it like you do a canvas. I'm not unhappy, but at the same time, I spent the extra money on these jackets over buying something similar on Scamazon. “This is my second Ororo heated jacket and I am impressed with the quality, just like my first one, a heated hunting jacket, which kept me warm during hunting season. To make the design even better, I recommend adding heating elements around the neck for extra warmth in that area and relocating the toggle controls to an inside front zip pocket for a discreet look. The bright LED lights on the front of the jacket can be distracting, and having the controls hidden inside the pocket would be a great improvement.”
