“This jacket's quality is good, but I would like to see a "quick-start" instruction card as most folks don't read the tiny print on the regular instructions. So far, I like the jacket, I wish it heated my lower back instead of the shoulders. And maybe the front pockets would be better than the arms heated. Overall, no big complaints about this product. I do wish that you wouldn't make Alaskans pay extra to have their products shipped to them. If you did, you would certainly get more interest from us.”
