“So, I've owned a lot of winter jackets. Spent years snowboarding. Was super excited about this jacket. I purchased the men's and women's jackets at the end of November 2022. First, the pocket zipper on the breast didn't seem right. Initially I thought I'd be able to deal with it. After 3 months, the zipper really didn't want to open. The fabric on the inside of the pocket kept getting hung in it. I contacted the company about the issue, they were quick to offer a $30 refund. Then a $40 refund to have someone locally mend it, but as for a 3 year warranty... I'd be very doubtful they'd actually honor anything without trying to tell you that you're at fault. The water wicks right into the shell. So if you're looking for something water resistant, you might as well get some 3m spray and treat it like you do a canvas. I'm not unhappy, but at the same time, I spent the extra money on these jackets over buying something similar on Scamazon.
