I'll keep it simple. It's amazing for many reasons. One is that it's comfortable while providing extreme warmth without feeling wind. 10 degree weather, felt nothing and didn't even turn the heaters on. Amazing. While it feels heavy in your hands, it's light on your body, great design. When activating the warmers on both regions it's as if I was indoors. Thank you for such an amazing product. My second ororo product. The first was a vest I bought like 4 years ago and it's still working great. Also it appears the material works great against spills of food, as I dropped big mac sauce on it and was worried, needless to say it wiped right off not leaving anything behind with a little dab of water and napkin. Absolutely best investment I've made in a jacket.

I received the jacket and it was amazing and warm like all other Ororo products. Sadly, when I went to zipper it up, the zipper was misaligned and it only zipped up with a significant amount of effort. This was the same day I received the jacket. I called customer service and it hung up on me when I tried to leave a vmail so I emailed and got a response the following day. Then response was asking me to describe my issue, take pictures and prove that the jacket was defective. I did all they asked and then they asked for more as if I was their employee responsible for the defect. I did as they asked (Luke) and they asked for more at which point I told them to pound sand. The product was defective, so why is it my responsibility to take a deeper dive? No apology was ever offered. It was if they were doing me a favor to troubleshoot their 349$ jacket. It was all one rep (Luke) and he has a lot to learn about customer service. I love the company and their products, but their customer service has a LOT to be desired - although it was limited to one person. A great company with great products and poorly trained employees is a shame. Hopefully, he gets a bit more training and when a loyal customer that has spent hundreds if not thousands with them has a concern on a product, their approach is a bit more helpful rather than defiant.

This is my 2nd purchase from ororo. I do enjoy both coats. This jacket I found the controls on the sleeve very odd. I prefer them on the chest like my previous coat. The zipper on my missoula is a bit of a pain. For the cost I'd expect it to be butter smooth. Overall it's been a positive purchase
