“O bought 2 items the fleece jacket came in first and malfunctioned. I read the instructions and did what it said. The flashing button flashed really fast, but never heated. The button wouldn't respond to anything I did. Disappointing.
I then received the camouflage jacket and it worked per the documents and did everything correctly. Sent the fleece jacket back waiting to see how this goes. By your size chart I bought a 2x per my wife and it fits like most x sizes so that was good.”
