“Initial impressions:
• "the presentation:" durable case with zippers that is polyester [I advocate materials that are environmentally stable, ex cotton instead of one that can "outlive" us for centuries]
• The fleece process has created a soft, durable material that insulates the warmth
• the sizing is fitting! [this can be difficult to create a size for the variety of body sizes]
• the battery pack that is slim came charged, & is inserted into a pocket inside the jacket that is directly to the side if the body so there is no interference when moving! [PLUS!]
• the temperature when highest is warm in the chest and back, the midsection, however I feel the jacket does not get as warm as the advertised 130° on high, HOWEVER, feels close and this is without thermal imaging, sensing.
• came with charger however is using older technology, USB A instead of the universal USB C.
• the heating elements may be loose; the wording, "may" is used because images to the design of the heating wire have not been shared so this makes determine if this is how the wiring should be difficult. They feel as if they can snap & break in area[s], left chest & back heating. Improving the sewing to secure is important!”
“We have purchased several of these for ourselves and friends. Loved it when we got it. But 2 of our batteries Wouldn't take a charge after about 4 or 5 times of wearing it. I just wear mine as a regular jacket since it won't charge and my dad don't wear his at all anymore. It is soft and comfortable and when it was working it was great.”
“The jacket doesn’t get as warm as I was hoping. I bought it for my boyfriend’s birthday and he uses it inside where the performance is just fine. If he were using it outdoors it would likely be insufficient.”
“The heating elements are in the front chest and upper back. For this price tag, I believe there should be arm and lower back elements as well. I purchased after reading reviews and It is good quality but also quite a bit more expensive than their competitors similar product. I wish I would've spent more time researching before I pulled the trigger on this purchase.”
