“Ordered online for my boyfrind and his son. By mistake, i ordered an extra jacket by mistake. By talking to customer only. They were able to fix the ordered. Th refunded portion was available in my bank with hours. Pretty quick. Arrival. The jacket came in neat clean packaging. Did note that only one of 2 jackets arrived though. I again contacket their customer service. They did their research and within 15 minutes they had a new jacket ready to ship. They did say that the jacket couldn't make it until the 26 of December. Within hours had an email that order placed with new invoice. Next morning a tracking number. The package was now going to be here by the 23rd, befor xmas. Od buy again just due to their customer service. Wont be able to try jacket on until after xmas but quality seems pretty good. Now to see how the jacket actually works. Can't wait for friday.
