“I reseached heated jackets before making this purchase. I needed one for both sitting at my daughter's sporting events in cold weather, as well as for being outside in the early morning for some worktime duties. My biggest worry was the effectiveness it would have for the morning duties. It is fantastic at the sporting events as I wear it directly over just a t-shirt with another jacket over it, if necessary. Under these conditions it feels like you are wearing a heating blanket! In the mornings, I am required to wear multiple layers underneath it. When wearing it that way, you don't get the same effect, but it is interesting. My head, legs, hands, and feet get extremely cold and, while I don't have that "heating blanket" feel, I realize that my core isn't cold at all. It was a fantastic purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a heated jacket. Oh, for the perfect fit I suggest you order one size smaller than whatever you would normally wear in a jacket. You want this to fit somewhat snugly. I ended up exchanging mine for a smaller size.”
