“I really like this coat, it works very well for what it does. I have one problem though, the inside of the right sleeve has several missed stitches which has caused a hole exposing the stuffing.”
“The front left pocket had a tear along the seam on the inside. I can feel the wiring inside and can't use the pocket as anything in there would get lost in the coat. I didn't notice for the first day and so had removed all the tags and couldn't return or exchange it. $200 down and a torn jacket kind of sucks. The heating works well and the jacket is comfortable.”

Some of our security team is positioned outside in the brutal NYC winter (which if you know it, is just bitterly cold and windy), and these jackets have been a warm welcome to their shift.
