“Received my Classic Heated Vest about a week after Black Friday sale. Tried it out on the golf course and was a little curious as it seemed to run big. I ordered a medium and the packaging indicated a medium. Looking further on the vest itself, it showed the vest was a large. I tried calling Ororo to see how I can return for a medium and left a message and followed it up with an email. About two hours later, I was contacted via email to start the return process rolling. Within a week, I had packaged up my "large" order and the "medium" order was on its way. About another week later, I received my vest. Fits so much better and would rather have a snugger fit to feel the heat when its cold outside. Seems perfect for golf. About another week later, I received another email from customer support wanting to know whether I received my vest and if everything was okay. I must say, I didn't expect that level of customer service but definitely appreciate the quick response and turnaround of everything that Ororo did. Seems like customer service is lacking nowadays, but not with Ororo. I would definitely recommend this product!”

“I upgraded to a tall size vest that wasn't offered when I bought my first one years ago. It's warm without activating the heat. Since I layer, it will get pretty cold before I fire it up. The battery pouch gave out on my 1st one so I poked a hole and routed battery jack into the pocket. Lol”
