“I wanted to like this vest, but I found it to be significantly larger than expected around the waste and hips. I am a 29-30 waste but I found the bottom of this size S had a good 6 extra inches. This much extra allowed the wind to blow in and essentially nullified most of the benefit to heating. I had hoped to wear it under my fleece jacket and she’ll but it was _way_ to big.”
