“I ordered way too large a vest, ordered in Dec2025, sent it back, reordered another -UPS lost the item- customer service(Canny) got my new order processed with the corrected size and made sure I was refunded for the returned vest(especially when UPS found the first lost vest & delivered 2 vests to me, messing up all the orders' status/$amounts). That one of course got sent back. The ORORO customer service gave me hope it would complete successfully and stayed with me all the way through - letting me test it to be sure so we can finally be happy - it took until Jan 16, 2026.... such patience and courtesy getting through! Very rare. Bravo - great at treating a frustrated customer feel ORORO is the place to purchase what is needed, and kind to the customer when things go wrong. I was new to heated clothes so this vest is a wonderful new experience. I hope people know what a great company ORORO is, they look out for the customer.”
