“With the vest you want it to fit snug. We have found it is best to wear a thin layer underneath the vest to maximize the heat and then you can layer on top of the vest. Great for days when the temperature changes throughout the day.”

I like the stomach/Hand warmer, it serves 2 purposes.
I have one of their jackets which has the chest warmer, its nice but having the stomach/hand warmer is even better.
For the size i am 5'7" 150lbs and consider myself slim, I'm usually a Medium. But usually heated clothing is better when its tighter on you, so you don't have a cold air gap. I got a small but that was too big, the Small on me was like a Medium. So i got the XSmall, and it fits nice and snug and close to the body for warmth.
Highly recommend this vest to keep your body warm and leaving your arms cold and open for more activities. But you can put your hands in the pockets for quick warmth.”
