“I received this vest as a Christmas present. It was too big but customer service was great and got me into the right size. I love the heat in the collar when you zip it up. Great vest!”
“Everything was smooth except the shipping. When DHL transferred to a third party the package made it to Little Rock which is only an hour and a half away. From there it was shipped to New York and took another four days on top of what it previously took. It was frustrating and I know it isn’t the companies fault but I felt like it could have gone smoother.”

“We now have three of these vests in our family and all too large and loose at the waist. A cinch would be an easy fix and I’m considering having them altered but am afraid of ruining the heating elements. They also run large in general. My wife first bought a medium for me based on the size charts. It was too large everywhere but it fit my adult son who is normally a large. So we ordered a small for me and an extra small for my younger son. The small fits me in the chest but way too large in the waist and I’m a bit ‘fluffy’ there. The extra small was snug in the chest for me but still too large in the waist. Not sure what body type they are trying to accommodate but a waist cinch would sure be appreciated by most of us. Unless you are shaped like a bell.”
